Caroline’s Hope, Inc. is a tax-exempt, private foundation dedicated to making continued care possible for Caroline Lanctot, our bright, loving, fearless child. She was injured 20 years ago in a car accident when she was 10 months old and paralyzed from the neck down. Without the generosity of others, the 24-hour-a-day nursing care that includes 15 respiratory treatments daily would not be possible. Our family is grateful for all the loving support, assistance and positive connections we have received. Please click on Caroline’s Story. This video speaks for itself!
According to the Internal Revenue Code, our 501 (c) organization can assure that your contributions are tax-deductible under section 170. Caroline’s Hope is also qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the Code. One hundred percent of your contributions go directly to Caroline’s Hope. There is no money spent on administrative costs.
Caroline’s Hope also provides assistance to families and individuals who have suffered financial hardship as a result of spinal cord injury. We aim to offer this help to the financially disadvantaged in their time of need. We also make contributions to other foundations dedicated to a cure for paralysis resulting from spinal cord injury and we welcome inquiries from researchers and fundraisers.
